Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What is the turnaround time for the Repair of a Unit?

A: We try to get an Estimate back to the customer in about 24 hrs. And from the time, the estimate is approved it takes about 3 to 10 days depending on parts.

Q.  Can I ship my Unit in for repair?

A.  Yes. You must make sure that there is all the information needed to contact you with the Estimate.

Q.  Is there a charge to have my Unit looked it?

A.  Yes, there is a diagnosis charge due at the time the Unit is brought into our shop. The diagnosis fee will go towards the repair if Estimate is approved. If the Estimate is declined the diagnosis fee is non-refundable.

Q.  My Unit is under warranty. Can you repair it?

A.  If your Unit is under Warranty you must call your warranty provider first.

Q.  Is there any Warranty on the Repair?

A.  Yes, we Warranty our work for 90 Days.

Q.  Do you do House Calls? If so, is there a Charge?

A.  Yes, there is a Trip & Diagnosis fee due at the time the technician is on site.

Q.  Can I provide the part needed for the repair?

A.  Yes, But there is NO WARRANTY on the repair.
